We encourage volunteers to greet each student who makes a decision with a smile and a genuine excitement! There are four things we want to accomplish during decision counseling time:

1. Assurance of salvation
2. Walk through next steps
3. Connect them with a student
4. Complete the decision card with all information

We also ask volunteers to introduce each student who makes a decision to a student ministry staff member, preferably to Bro. Carlos.

• Must be a church member
• Must complete volunteer training
• Must submit to background check
